i have thought too much about a lot of things recently, and you will see a lot of changes in my characters, my art, everything soon. the only explanation i can give you all is it is time for me to find my own feet and to get away from things that hurt too much to think about. relationships with characters are changing as are relationships in the real world, and i hope that you guys are as excited as me to start fresh, to meet the new characters i've been working on, learn about the new histories I've given the old favorites, and help me in a long and difficult process of healing.







P.S.:
Commissions will be on hold for a short period as I move into my dorm and get settled into busy college life! Note me to reserve your slot for the winter!

(Yes that is me, Mucha-fied. :) )

I used to think I drew just because it was fun; it was a way to take my stories and put them onto paper in a wway that didn't have to make any sense to anyone else. I used to draw because I never really took the time to get better at anything else.

Now I've realized that illustration is as much an art as anything else, and that it's okay for me to love my characters and want to share them. They represent facets of me that might be ridiculous, improper, or difficult to 'be' everyday; they help me channel my emotions and to learn about myself. Hopefully they can touch you too.

(And not like that, you perverts.)
